POSITION SUMMARY
This Outside Truck Sales professional sells Medium and Heavy-Duty Trucks, Trailers, and Equipment to Municipalities in the assigned market.

_*ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES_*

• Achieves sales expectations and profitability objectives in accordance to approved plan
• Follows IMPACT Sales Process, prospecting for new customers and developing/maintaining existing customer relationships
• Attends approved Industry Associations and related events
• Meets training requirements and maintains current knowledge of related laws and regulations
• Continually studies truck and equipment specifications to improve knowledge of product performance and applications
• Fosters teamwork within the department and with all other departments

This position has unlimited income potential and is primarily calling on customers in the field. May reside anywhere in the region and is “officed” in our Chattanooga, TN location.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 2+ years related experience and/or relevant training preferred
• Demonstrated outside sales ability, growing an assigned market
